The light filled grand atrium welcomes you to Villa Seabird with stunning views of Long Island Sound through floor to ceiling windows. The radiant heated Italian marble floors lead you to the courtyard through double glass French doors. The glass enclosed floating marble staircase with wraps up and around to the second-floor balcony. Two beautifully decorated powder rooms flank the entrance and a Steinway baby grand piano stands at the ready.
The west wing of Villa Seabird holds the formal dining room, living room and solarium. The formal dining room offers Seating for 14 on a custom built 16’ long table. Enjoy formal or casual meals prepared by a personal chef with friends and family in this unique space. The dining room also doubles as a conference room for meetings and presentations.
Steps from the pool, a covered pergola with flowing linen drapes defines the outdoor dining area. Enjoy the outdoor television and sound system while you relax and watch your favorite shows and boast sail by on the sound.
The East wing of the main floor features an open floor plan with state-of-the-art modern kitchen with Bulthaup cabinets & stainless-steel countertops. For the chef , Miele double ovens, Gaggenau gas cooktop, double Sub-Zero refrigerator and plenty of workspace.
