Lower Level of Villa SeaBird

The lower level was designed and created for fun and play.  Featuring a 500-bottle glass-enclosed temperature control wine cellar.  Modern billiard table, foosball table and lounge area.  The highlight of the lower level is the state-of-the-art home theater with seating for 12 in reclining leather chairs.  The theater offers a Kaleidoscope video system with 10’ curved screen and a fully immersive 5.2 surround sound system.  The theater is professionally encased with an acoustical treatment and covered in imported fabric which creates a true in-home cinema experience.  A kitchenette, with sink, refrigeration, microwave, and lots of cabinet space, completes the lower level as a true entertaining playground for kids and adults alike.
